I saved the custom resolution tool, adjusted the frequency from 60 to 75, restarted the PC, and the MSDI logo appeared before loading completed, after which the screen went blank and stopped loading.

The issue was resolved by performing a minor reset. I chose not to delete files, and it worked initially. However, the next day when trying to open after the MSC logo, it remained stuck on a blank page with a padding circle. I attempted safe mode, but it still didn’t work. I don’t know what to do now.

It seems your monitor didn't accept the refresh rate adjustment. This isn't an overclock, just a change in how quickly the screen refreshes. Start the PC in safe mode and remove the problematic application—avoid further interaction. On most operating systems, press F8 during startup to open boot options. Keep pressing until you see a DOS prompt, then select Safe Mode using the command prompt. Wait for Windows to load and uninstall the program.

The issue was resolved by performing a minor reset. I cleared my choices not to delete files and it functioned properly, but the next day when trying to open it after the MSCI logo appeared, it remained blank with a paging circle. I attempted safe mode, but it was still unresponsive. I believe uninstalling the program was necessary since everything worked before installation. It seems this is likely the cause.
