Record the current memory voltage. Adjust it to 2133, then manually configure the speed to 1600 while maintaining the 2133 timings.
Reset the memory voltage back to its previous level at 2133.
If possible, reduce the HT bus speed to the next lower setting.

There is also a wattage limiter with the newer APUs. Consider disabling the TDP setting or using the highest allowed value. (My Llano doesn't support this)
I recently purchased this entire setup via online shopping. Would my system be able to run GTA V? If not, what upgrades should I consider? However, on YouTube people with similar specs manage to achieve 25-50 fps.

The main difference lies in RAM. He has two 4GB modules at 2133MHz while I have one 4GB at 1333MHz. If I upgrade to two 4GB modules at the higher speed, can I still achieve similar FPS?
I adjusted the NB and RAM to identical speeds, maintained the original timings, set the RAM voltage to the default (1.5v), and configured the TDP at its maximum (65W). There was no hypertransport link available, yet the outcomes remained consistent, still not exceeding 105. It seems the motherboard might be restricting the CPU performance due to the lack of CPU voltage adjustment options. This is becoming quite frustrating. However, thank you for your assistance.
The board seems to refuse posting or may trigger a BSOD during Windows startup. If it does, a crash could indicate a failing SATA controller. Consider switching the HDD to IDE compatibility mode instead of SATA ACHI mode; this will maintain performance but may restrict operations on SSDs and newer 4K sector drives. Adjust Turbo Core settings to run either 3 or all 4 cores at their maximum turbo speed, effectively overclocking if possible. If issues persist, disable Turbo Core and attempt a new overclock. Research online for similar boards and their overclocking procedures—there might be specific steps required. The board doesn't post at all or does it trigger a BSOD when starting Windows? If it's a BSOD during boot, the SATA controller might be failing. Consider switching the HDD to IDE compatibility mode instead of SATA ACHI mode; with your 500GB drive it should perform similarly but may limit performance on SSDs and newer drives with 4K sectors. Try enabling Turbo Core and running all four cores at their maximum turbo speed allowed. (This is essentially overclocking.) If that doesn't work, try disabling Turbo Core and attempt to overclock again.
I'm not sure, but I should search online for others who have overclocked this CPU with the board you have—there might be specific steps required. It seems the board may not be suitable for overclocking, as voltage settings suggest it isn't designed for that purpose.
Fortunately, no BSOD has occurred. All cores are set to turbo clock (no individual core options), which is effectively overclocking at the moment. Adjusting the SATA controller to IDE mode also gives similar results.
I've done some research but haven't found reliable information about overclocking this CPU with an A68H chipset. I found a user on HWBOT who managed a 4.1GHz OC using an A78 board. Keep exploring and researching—thank you.
