Overclocking newbie - assistance required!
I've only attempted overclocking once and I restored everything to normal within about 10 minutes. That was a long time ago. I performed a CPU-Z benchmark test as you requested, but I'm not sure what I'm observing. Maybe my CPU is getting too hot? Please correct me if I'm mistaken—I'm not very knowledgeable on this topic.
Also, the CPU temperature ranges from 68 to 90 during gameplay.

Also, I believe this issue has been ongoing for some time, and I'm worried because, based on this data, there might be a problem with my CPU? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Is it just me, or is reaching 100°C while playing Roblox considered quite high for the temperature?
There seems to be an issue with your cooler. The ideal temperature when idling should be around 10-15°C above ambient, or 30-35°C. Could you provide the model and make of your cooler? What is the model and fan setup of your case? If your case doesn't bring in fresh air to the cooler, that might also affect performance.
I made a mistake, I forgot about this.
Here are the details:
Return it to the place that made it. Don't expect such high temperatures from that CPU and cooler setup. Even when overclocked to 4.9GHz on a 3770k with a comparable cooler, Prime95's CPU stress never reached more than 70°C. The shop didn't install the cooler properly.
Ouch.... Unfortunately, I can't because I no longer live there and Hurricane Michael wrecked the building anyway. =/
Now I'm worried and puzzled about what to do, especially since it was years ago. How did my computer manage all this? Does that mean I'm either lucky or things have just gotten worse recently? I remember seeing my temperatures around 70 a year ago or a bit earlier. But after that, besides playing games, I didn't do anything else.
AIO coolers have a limited lifespan.
Over time, air gets into the system and must be cleared.
Or, the mechanical pump can stop working.
For optimal results, consider the noctua NH-D15s, priced around $90. It’s straightforward to set up.

If you need a more affordable option, the NH-U12s redux offers similar performance at half the cost:

I didn't read everything so sorry if I missed it. Thermal paste should be replaced every 2-3 years. It becomes a cake, not much help in cooling anything.
If you have an AIO, expect it to last 3-5 years. Unless there is a manufacturing fault or similar. My Corsair 240mm lasted 5 years, started gurgling and temps shot up to kingdom come. 70-90 C at idle.
Opposite in fact, each of those tabs demands CPU power and especially memory, since they function as background processes that are continuously checked, updated, refreshed, etc. In general, for a typical computer, 10 tabs have minimal impact, but at 20 it becomes noticeable, and at 100 the system starts to struggle.
😵 Yeah... It's really simple.
I think I just read instructions on how to arm a nuke. Lol
I bought some new thermal paste and that’s what I’ll try, but I’m still unsure if a new liquid cooler will help.
But I’ll double-check the notes and hope I don’t mess anything up.
Back then I was too scared to build my own computer, but I should have done it or had someone build it with me instead of just watching.
Right now, the CPU hits 100 from idle and while watching YouTube. So I guess the issue is probably with the pump or thermal paste.
I’m around the 3-year mark based on when I bought everything.
I don’t hear any sounds from my pump—it’s quiet, so maybe it’s still not dead yet.
But I think it might just be because the airflow isn’t enough.
Any suggestions for good, clean cases that provide better airflow?
