Consider your current setup and whether boosting RAM would improve performance. Your specs show a decent configuration, but you're not at full capacity. Raising the RAM could help, though you should check if your system supports it without issues.

AM3+ FX configurations often don't operate at 2400, but 1866 works better, while some manage around 2133.

I haven't encountered any AM3+ models running above 1866 before. Often I need to lower it to 1600 for stability.

AM3+ FX configurations seldom operate at 2400, consider 1866 instead. A few may function around 2133. iamacow : I haven’t encountered any AM3+ running above 1866 before. Most of the time I have to lower it to 1600 for stability. Would I just enter my BIOS and set it manually to 1866? Any concerns there?

It might be related to DOCP in the BIOS settings.

It might be under DOCP in the BIOS. You don't necessarily need to activate the XMP profile first; you can just set it manually to the next value, like 1666, or adjust it directly without using the XMP feature. Thanks for your assistance!
