Hey, I'm checking if overclocking for a day might have harmed my CPU or GPU. I set the values in MSI Afterburner and wondered if just one day of using those settings could have caused damage.

The issue with your MSI afterburner crashing doesn't necessarily mean your settings are bad. It could be related to other factors. You're still good if the settings you used provided stability.
