Storage: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 32MB Cache (OEM, ST31000524AS)
Memory: Crucial MX100 256GB SATA 2.5-inch 7mm SSD
RAM: G.Skill RipJawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL)

there are plenty of guides available, and this one is still a solid CPU even after about six years. I used to really like it at 5ghz.

your motherboard appears suitable for overclocking that cpu, as you've likely heard about the limitations with the z68a-gd65-g3 and the 2600k bios update.
