You're looking at an H100i v2 240mm aio and want to improve airflow by concealing the wiring inside. Many users have shared tips on how to manage the internal cables effectively.

For concealing the cables: Insert the USB cable along the heatspreader on your motherboard. If it's missing, position it neatly there. The fan cords should exit directly from the top, and secure the CPU fan wire by wrapping it around itself with a zip tie.

Directly to the top and behind the tray. Nice job, really. It gives me a project to tackle over the weekend handling wires and cable ties. Lol

You should see the backside of my case. It's a damn mess. As long as the area inside where the airflow is, and if it's viewable (like mine with a glass side), is clear of cables and looks neat, it's great.
Here's a closeup of that area.
I hooked the USB cord just under the clasp on the bottom left where the thumbscrew tightens below the frame right next to the standoff, and pulled it up and around the heatspreader so that it goes up to where the CPU 8pin is on the mobo and ran it out behind the board like that.

Cable management offers little benefit for airflow or temperature control. It's mostly for appearance in cases with windows or for giving you a sense of order.

If you have a fat wad of cables running through your case, it will disturb airflow. Probably not a whole lot, but it will.

Maybe, but it doesn't really affect the temperatures.
They run a PC under stress tests, keeping cables organized, and then begin adding components. At first they just pile up extra cables, and later they add things like a t-shirt, but nothing changes the results. Only when large flat items are placed directly in front of the fans did the temperatures rise. In short, cable management doesn't seem to impact temperatures unless you have a very specific setup like a tiny SFF case.

Probably one of those selective aesthetic types who likes windowed cases, huh? Lol

Haha, that's completely fine. Just wanted to reassure you that it shouldn't impact performance if that was your main concern.
