Hello, I'm looking for assistance with upgrading your Legion Y530. You've had it for two years, purchased it from someone still under warranty, and recently cleaned it thoroughly. You've changed the thermal paste, upgraded memory to 16GB, storage to 1.5TB, and tried running AC Unity at low settings but experienced significant frame drops. You've also attempted GPU overclocking with MSI AB and CPU overclocking with TS, though you're unsure if you have the expertise. Your processor is an I5-8300h and the GPU is a GTX 1050TI with 4GB VRAM. Could you help me figure out the best path forward?

The 8300H is a secured processor that prevents overclocking. Share some screenshots to understand ThrottleStop configuration. Add the FIVR and TPL windows. Enable Log File mode and play a game for at least 15 minutes. Include a log file in your next update. Many Lenovo machines face various throttling issues; ThrottleStop could assist if properly configured. What thermal paste was applied? Certain pastes lose effectiveness after a short period when applied directly to a mobile CPU. If using Windows 11, turn off Virtualization Based Security and core isolation memory integrity.
