Hello! I previously had a stable FX 6300 running at 4.1 ghz with 1.38 volts. After a sudden shutdown due to power loss, the OC failed. I did a format but it didn’t work. Overclocking at 3.8 with auto voltage or +0000 still fails. At 95%, one core seems to complete 1 or none tests, while the other five complete 10 tests. I’m not sure what’s happening—maybe the CPU is damaged? I need help!

The power failure might have harmed your MB/Processor. Consider cleaning your MB's memory (look for CLEAR CMOS).
