There's some room there. I'm unfortunately not versed in overclocking AMD CPUs, but there are likely people here that are. You won't be getting insane performance boosts - probably only 5-10% single-threaded, definitely more in multi-thread. A good middle-ground would be seeing if you can bring your all-core turbo close to your single-core turbo before trying to push. After that, a quick Google search says 1.35V and under is safe for the 5600, as long as you're not experiencing insane temps by bringing your voltage up. TPU was able to hit 4.6 GHz (all core? not sure) at that voltage. I would like to say that this is assuming you do it manually, as I'm used to with overclocking on 9th gen Intel. I know PBO exists, and like I said, I don't know fully how it works. In general though - push clocks til unstable, bump voltage, repeat until satisfied with temps & clocks. Make sure to up your power limit. I think that's a bit of a shallow way to look at it. Everyone's silicon is a little different, and everyone's cooling solutions, temps, preferred noise levels, etc are also a little different. Pushing my RX 580 with +80 on the core and +100 on memory & adjusting memory timings nets a 15-20% improvement on games and rarely goes above 75 celsius if I'm not on Furmark, for example. I like the performance bonus, even if it's not much, and even if it's louder, it feels better knowing that I've gotten something extra out of it. That being said, I can say that if you're not "into overclocking," as in you don't get enjoyment out of the act , then it might not be worth it since the raw performance gains on modern hardware aren't a whole lot. And I can agree that undervolting is also an extremely viable option.
