I'm new to overclocking and wanted to boost my 3.0 to 3.4 speeds without causing overheating. I have an Intel q9650 with a 3.0 quad xfx 780i motherboard and a CoolerMaster aftermarket air cooler. I also use Corsair dual channel 800MHz, 5-5-5-15, 1.80V 4gigs. Do you know the BIOS settings? Or suggest some optimal configurations? Thanks.

It seems you're discussing specific configurations related to a 1466 FSB and a 1600 FSB, mentioning potential adjustments like adding NB voltage and considering the CPU's core voltage for overclocking.

It seems to be discussing a 1466 FSB configuration, while a 1600 FSB reaches 3.6. Be aware you might also need to include NB voltage and vCore (CPU voltage) when setting it up.
