These CPU's can be pin-modded. I've never done this, so I can't actually help you, but just so you know, this is how it's done.

If you knew your motherboard's clock generator type, you could also try using SoftFSB

These CPU's can be pin-modded. I've never done this, so I can't actually help you, but just so you know, this is how it's done.
