Can you increase the clock speed of your E3258 processor using the GIGABYTE GA-H81M-D3H motherboard?

You can change the OC for the G3258!
And yes, the mobile is ready! You're all set, partner!

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that.
Let me see if I can help with anything else.

Oh man, sorry about that.
😀
Do you know the maximum temperature I can reach without overheating?
I think you're asking about using just the built-in cooling solution?
Unlikely to be that much.
If you plan to enter the overclocking scene, you'll need a few things.
A solid hardware monitor is essential—tools like CPUz, HWmonitor, Speccy, etc.
Before making any changes, measure your temperatures when idle, then under load.
You can push it until your G3258 stays around 80°C during full load. It's a bit hot, but it's a resilient chip.
You should be able to get it between 3.2 and almost 4.0. But it's hard to say for sure—most people don't overclock with the stock cooler, so it's a tricky decision.

A friend shared that Intel Extreme Tuning Utility works well too. I can also benchmark after overclocking to evaluate it.

I encountered an issue similar to what my friend experienced when they overclocked their CPU, yet their cores remained running at 3.2ghz.
