Unlikely to be that much.
If you plan to enter the overclocking scene, you'll need a few things.
A solid hardware monitor is essential—tools like CPUz, HWmonitor, Speccy, etc.
Before making any changes, measure your temperatures when idle, then under load.
You can push it until your G3258 stays around 80°C during full load. It's a bit hot, but it's a resilient chip.
You should be able to get it between 3.2 and almost 4.0. But it's hard to say for sure—most people don't overclock with the stock cooler, so it's a tricky decision.
