Hello everyone. Recently I installed Intel XTU and am new to overclocking. Could anyone help me? I find it hard to understand everything from YouTube videos and other posts about OC. I see profiles in the XTU, if someone has made a stable overclock, it would be nice to share or explain how to do it correctly.

The CPU can't be overclocked at all. It's fixed on B365. This model is either Z370/Z390 or not. And definitely not possible to work around it using XTU.

What are the specifications of your computer? Also, it would be better to enable OC in the BIOS instead of using a program in Windows.

Mobo: Asrock B365 Phantom Gaming features a Sapphire Vega 64 LE GPU, an i7-9700K CPU, and 8GB DDR4 2666 RAM. I attempted BIOS settings but found very limited overclocking options; many features are unavailable.
