I was just testing 3dmark and noticed others achieving higher clock speeds on their CPUs. Their base clock is 3.0 GHz, with a max turbo boost of 4.7 GHz. My CPU’s clock stays around 4495 MHz according to the time spy, while theirs reach 4.7 GHz. Does anyone know why this happens with a locked CPU? Also, I’m new to overclocking—this is my first time experimenting. Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B360-F, CPU: Intel i7 9700F, RAM: HyperX Fury 2666 8x4 GB, GPU: RTX 2080.

4.7 represents the main enhancement, while every core remains consistently lower.
