Philipew explains that he has an Asus motherboard and finds it helpful for beginners who want to overclock. He describes accessing the BIOS settings, where a button in the upper right corner lets the system overclock the CPU and motherboard up to 15%. He emphasizes that this method is simpler than dealing with multiple settings or complex configurations.

The previous time I used the Asus tuner caused my bclk to reach an unstable state... when was that in 1987?

on my 3570k i increased the bclk to 106 and the multiplier to 42, using a lot of voltage. it brought me to 43-100 with -0.005v compared to the stock value.

Shknawe says he has an Asus motherboard and explains how to overclock it using the BIOS settings. He mentions that this method is much easier than dealing with many other options. He also clarifies that racing cars don’t have automatic gearboxes, just like people sometimes misunderstand things. He emphasizes that his statement was meant to be general, not a definitive fact about all cars ever made.

Philipew is sharing some advice about overclocking motherboards. They mention using Asus motherboards for beginners and explain how to adjust BIOS settings to boost performance up to 15%. They caution against relying solely on BIOS settings, comparing them to the complexity of racing cars with automatic transmissions. The speaker emphasizes that not all vehicles use automatic gearboxes, reinforcing the idea that some systems are inherently more advanced.
