I'm thinking about purchasing an I5 660k processor. Can I overclock it using GIGABYTE Z170M D3H from BIOS without any updates? Also, is the cooling fan sufficient to allow me to push my CPU up to 4.6 GHz? You can check the details here: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-...hyper-103/

Yes, you can change the original specs of that board, and how much improvement you get depends on the specific 6600K you get. For better results, I recommend a Cryorig H7 or 212 EVO if aiming for 4.5/4.6 performance.
