Your temperatures are getting too high. Inspect the waterblock mounting and verify the thermal paste quantity—neither too much nor too little. Try adjusting the pump speed and boost the radiator fan speeds if feasible.

Try adjusting the pump speed and boost the radiator fan speeds if you can. I’m unsure about my cpublock; I plan to buy Supremacy Evo soon and switch my DDC pump from 10w to D5. I also changed the CPU voltage to 1.275v from 1.280.
