Hey! Just got a 6600K and was curious about how much I could push it with just one tower cooler (be quiet shadow rock slim). I'm thinking about getting a 240/280 water cooler or a powerful air cooler later, but wanted to know if reaching 4-4.4Ghz is possible with this smaller setup. Thanks!

I'm not sure about the slim Shadow Rock, but I do know that with a liquid cooler or a strong air cooler you can easily reach 4.4 GHz. Still, my guess is you'd probably average around 4.1 GHz on the slim.

on a Cryorig H7, i reached a thermal limit at 4.8ghz, 4.4 seems possible but i'm not sure.

Hey! Just bought an 6600K and wondered if anyone had any idea how far I can overclock it with a single tower cooler (be quiet shadow rock slim). I'll be buying a 240/280 water cooler or a beefy air cooler later on but wondered if 4-4.4Ghz would be attainable with this smaller cooler.
Thanks!
I'm not sure about the slim Shadow Rock. I do know however that on a liquid cooler or a beefy air cooler you can get to 4.4 GHz easily. However my estimate is that you can probably on average get around 4.1 GHz on the slim.
4's fine thanks I'm probably going for the be quiet Dark Rock 3 or silent loop in summer (trying to get all my cooling from one company cos aesthetics) then I'll try push 4.5+
