Hi all,
I've recently upgraded my PC with a Ryzen 5 2600, an Asrock b450m-hdv r4 motherboard, 16 GB Crucial Vengeance LX 3200 RAM, a Radeon 460 4 GB video card, and a 240 GB Samsung Evo SSD. I can overclock it to 3500 MHz, but once I reach 3600 MHz it causes a black screen. Increasing the voltage also leads to the same issue. The RAM is still running at around 2133 MHz. Any advice on reaching up to 4.0 MHz would be appreciated.

Sorry, buddy, but if the chip doesn't support 4GHz, it won't. Adjusting is essentially a gamble—it seems you're not lucky.
