System has the following configuration:
Mobo - msi 990fx gd65.
CPU - fx8350 with Hyper 212 evo cooler.
RAM - Corsair 2*8gb (2133 MHz OC & default 1333 MHz).
Power supplies - Corsair GS 600.
GPU - zotac 1050ti 4gb.

I require assistance with CPU overclocking, specifically for the CPU which is drawing excessive power in this MMO. Even when auto settings are enabled in BIOS, the voltage reads between 1.42V and 1.44V via CPU-Z. When the motherboard is set to eco mode in BIOS, the voltage still spikes above normal operation but drops to around 0.9V during idle.

I need guidance on optimal CPU settings that balance lower power consumption while maintaining a base clock near 4GHz (~4.2GHz).
Mobo power-saving options include: Core C6 State, C1E support, CPU phase control.
Overclocking recommendations are: OC Genie Lite, CPU core control, AMD Turbo Core Tech., Amd Cool N Quiet, HPC mode.

OC refers to adjusting factory configurations, which also involves increasing voltage to restore stability. Manually setting the voltage to 1.4v or lower might work, but it would not remain at a lower level consistently.
