Overclocking the latest Ryzen is not advised, and in most cases it doesn't yield real benefits. Proper cooling and thoughtful adjustments are far more effective. The standard TDP is 120W with power needs reaching up to 140W. Without extreme cooling solutions like LN or dry ice, progress will be limited. For gaming, expect significant performance boosts—up to three times the original speed; for work, around 9900x or 9950x. To "overclock" RAM, utilize XMP or EXPO mode according to your RAM's capabilities.

Overclocking processors is no longer a free way to gain advantages.
Processors are grouped into categories, and the superior models are reserved for the more expensive options.
Risk of harming your processor increases when you experiment with voltage settings.

Thank you for the introduction. Below is the PC I assembled on 7/18/25.
Processor: 9800 X3D 4.7 GHZ boost 5.25 Turbo
Cooler: Corsair Nautilus 360 with 3 120 fans
Motherboard: MS1 PRO X870E-P WIFI BIOS Version ---------
American Megatrends International, LLC 2.A23, 7/18/2025
Memory: 32 GB 6000 MT
Storage: SAMNSUNG PCie 5.0 4x NVMe M.2 2TB
GPU: ASUS TUFF OC 5070 TI
Power Supply: CORSAIR RM 1000e (2 weeks old)
Case: Corsair 4000 series with 7-120 fans installed, including the 3 for Corsair Nautilus 360 radiator
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
Display: Samsung G8 OLED
Please note the age of the PSU along with its make and model. The BIOS version for your motherboard is available at this time.
At the moment, you should enable AMD'E.X.P.O in BIOS to proceed. If you wish to further enhance performance, consider using Ryzen Master's Curve Optimizer. I have already activated both AMD EXPO, but no noticeable improvement in speed. Notably, it reduced the RAM from 4200MT to 6000MT. The optimization software is installed, yet I’m unsure how to operate it, which is why I’m here.

I managed to boost my CPU and GPU speeds today. I plan to keep adjusting as I get more experience.

Displayed benchmark outcomes prior to and following improvements, such as CineBench and Passmark for an example. Numerous instances show performance drops despite increased frequency.

There are lots of YouTube videos about it. You can learn it yourself, just like I did. I went here to ask for assistance so that it wouldn't be possible.
