Please include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, provide the current BIOS version for your motherboard. Make sure to enable AMD'E.X.P.O in BIOS for optimal performance. For further gains, consider using Ryzen Master's Curve Optimizer.
Overclocking the latest Ryzen is not advised, and in most cases it doesn't yield real benefits. Proper cooling and thoughtful adjustments are far more effective. The standard TDP is 120W with power needs reaching up to 140W. Without extreme cooling solutions like LN or dry ice, progress will be limited. For gaming, expect significant performance boosts—up to three times the original—and for work tasks, around 9900x or 9950x. To "overclock" RAM, utilize XMP or EXPO mode according to your RAM's capabilities.
Overclocking processors is no longer a free way to gain advantages.
Processors are grouped into categories, and the superior models are reserved for the more expensive options.
Risk of harming your processor increases when you experiment with voltage settings.

At the moment, you should enable AMD'E.X.P.O in BIOS to proceed. If you wish to further enhance performance, consider using Ryzen Master's Curve Optimizer. I have already activated both AMD EXPO, but no noticeable improvement in speed. Notably, it reduced the RAM from 4200MT to 6000MT. The optimization software is installed, yet I’m unsure how to operate it, which is why I reached out.
I managed to boost my CPU and GPU speeds today. I plan to keep adjusting as I get more experience.
