I'm getting this card soon and I've already used one Nvidia before 9400GT which died a few days ago due to a bad BIOS flash. This card has an 8800GTX voltage. It was unlocked in the MSI afterburner and I was planning to overclock it.

if you possess a strong card, aim for 640 gpu with 980 memory (650 x 1000 if your luck is good).
This graphics card is almost ten years old and needs significant power (about 300% more than a 9400gt), so ensure a solid 450watt power supply before connecting it.

I understand your concern about the Corsair 650W model versus Series, especially since the voltage is fixed on the card. You're wondering if Gigabyte Windows coolers can fit onto it, and you haven't found any information online.

These coolers are designed for particular videocards unless specifically made for the 8800 GTX, in which case it won't fit. For additional cooling, remove the shroud, reattach the heatsink with fresh thermal paste, and secure with a zip tie around a few 80mm fans.
