Under normal conditions I aim to keep things at 75C or less, the GTX 950 doesn't produce much heat, so it should usually stay near 70 or lower even when under load. Keep in mind ambient room temperatures, as I'm in AZ, which means considering higher temps than many other places.

Which version of the 950 do you possess? What type of power supply is connected?

Which version of the 950 do you own? What kind of power supply are you using? I'm using an EVGA 80+ bronze 500w PSU, and my GPU is an MSI gtx 950 non oc edition.

Is it a reference or does it include an MSI cooler? If it has multiple fans, then it features MSI's Twin Frozr cooler.

Using one fan should keep performance around 1230MHz without overheating.

I would anticipate around 1230MHz without any thermal problems. Core clock? Is that correct?
