First I will list the details of my PC, then the RAM specifications.
My PC:
Intel Core i7 3770k at 4.5ghz (overclocked)
Motherboard model: Dz77Ga-70k
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB, only working at 1333 MHz :/
and a GTX 960 also overclocked
The G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB comes with all these configurations...
Capacity: 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Speed: DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200)
Cas Latency: 11
Timing: 11-13-13-31
Voltage: 1.65V
ECC: No
Buffered/Registered: Unbuffered
Multi-channel Kit: Dual Channel Kit

Features:
Works with 3rd & 4th Gen Intel Core processors
Supports Intel XMP 1.3
I can share photos of the BIOS settings because they don’t match these values—I’ve tried various adjustments to reach base stats like 1.65V, 2400 speed, and timings 11-13-13-31, but nothing succeeded, not even reaching 1600 at 1.65V.

Ensure the most recent BIOS is installed, then attempt to increase the VCCIO (possibly shown as CPUVTT or DDRVTT) voltage to approximately 1.14

Open BIOS settings, navigate to the motherboard webpage, and verify if the latest model is available.

Check the BIOS settings, visit the motherboard webpage to confirm the latest version, and see if updates are available. I just verified it's the newest, but there are no updates to apply:/ For the 1.14 version, only these choices remain.
