Overclocking GPU doesn't work
I own a Sapphire R9 270X with 4GB RAM that I'm attempting to overclock. Despite using AMD Overdrive, Sapphire Trixx, and MSI Afterburner consistently, the results remain unchanged. Even when adjusting the GPU clock to 1040—its maximum possible—I still see the standard 1020 under load. The issue began after installing Windows 10, unlike my experience with Windows 7. My system runs a Core i5 3570K on an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard with 8GB RAM. Please let me know if you can assist.

It seems the issue was related to the 3DMark software from Steam. When I started my computer and played any game, it would overclock fine, but 3DMark didn't trigger the overclock and neither did any games afterward. The fix came from downloading the latest beta version of 3DMark.
