I increased my G3258 from 3.2 ghz to 3.8 ghz. The CPU Core 1 is configured at 3.8 while Core 2 is at 3.3. It's typical for speeds to fluctuate between 3.34 GHz and 3.8 ghz. Also, setting the Cache Ratio Max to 3.8 and Minimum to 30 seems acceptable.

These typically reach around 4.5GHz or higher.
The actual running frequency depends on the number of cores being loaded.
