I am experiencing crashes whenever any media appears on the screen, except for games. The display freezes and I lose control of my mouse. I also can't send pictures, so I'm unsure how to demonstrate the issue. If you know how to provide information, please let me know. Thanks.

Your equipment appears to be in good condition. If you reset the CMOS by disconnecting the lithium battery from the motherboard, your issue is likely software-related rather than hardware-based at this stage. I recommend a fresh installation of the operating system. You have two main options: you can perform a clean install of Windows 7 using the installation CD, or you could use this chance to upgrade to Windows 10 with a clean install. In either case, you will lose all data on your hard drive, so you must back up your important files and pictures. If you choose to clean install Windows 10, follow this link:

Click Download Tool Now launch and install to CD or Flash...

Your attempt to push an overclock beyond safe limits using insufficient voltage often results in a "overclock failed" alert 98% of the time. You may need to adjust your overclock to the previous stable configuration or reset the CMOS. The simplest method to reset CMOS is to disconnect your computer, remove the lithium battery from the motherboard, let it sit for a few minutes, then reinstall the battery and restart your system.

The instruction above resolved my overclocking problem, but my PC keeps crashing whenever I try to use any media (downloads, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Please let me know if you have a solution for me. Thanks.

I need a bit more detail about your setup to assist effectively. Could you share your system specifications? Specifically, please mention the Windows version, motherboard, processor, power supply unit, RAM, and GPU. Additionally, let me know if you plan to install monitoring tools such as HWmonitor and CPU-Z so we can track temperatures and other metrics. Without this information, diagnosing the issue is quite challenging.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium, an AMD A10-7850K APU with Radeon™ R7 Graphics at 3.70GHz, and my power supply is linked below. The available details are: 8.00 GB (6.94 GB usable) of RAM.

Regarding the downloads, do I need to download both or just one? Also, could you share a link so I can confirm I’m downloading the right files? Thanks.

Click Download Tool Now launch and install to CD or Flash drive (I recommend a flash drive). Once your CD is inserted into the CD-Rom drive or your flash drive is connected to a USB port, restart your system (you may need to enter BIOS and set the first boot device to the CD-Rom or USB port) and proceed with the setup, making sure to select a clean installation (remove everything from the hard drive).
A clean OS installation will eliminate any software conflicts, file fragments, or driver issues that may be causing your current problems.

It functioned properly. I couldn't locate my Windows 7 installation disk, so I upgraded to 10 and it no longer freezes. Thank you very much for your assistance.
