I have an i7 6700k with the msi gaming m7. I attempted overclocking after following a guide, but once I restarted the computer it would keep resetting itself (I can't access the BIOS). I cleared the CMOS using the back button and removing the battery, but it still reset again. 🤢
I tried another power supply and the issue persisted. I have only the CPU and motherboard connected; I've tested with and without RAM. Do you think the motherboard is dead?

Is there a Game Boost nob available? If yes, adjust it to 0.
