I'm really impressed by how well the vega iGP handles the games I usually play. This is my first PC, so I'm eager to experiment with overclocking the memory—after all, iGPUs appreciate fast RAM, don't you think? I might make some mistakes since I'm still learning. My setup includes 18-22-22-42GB of RAM, a Ryzen 5 5600G CPU, an MSi B550-A motherboard, and a BeQuiet Pure Power 11 FM power supply (650W, 80+ Gold). According to the DDR4 Overclocking Guide, I started by adjusting Vsoc to 1.1V, changed Vdram to 1.4V, and then increased Vsoc to 1.125V after testing. The system booted fine, passed TM5, and even ran Unigine Heaven without issues. I suspect the voltage drop might be the issue, so I adjusted Vsoc again. The guide mentioned trying 1.45V for higher frequencies, but TM5 worked just fine. Regarding your questions: is 1.125V safe? It's within normal ranges and shouldn't harm the iGPU. Usually people start with Vsoc first, but timing adjustments often come later.
