Hello, I tried to increase the clock speed of my CPU I7-9700k from 4.6ghz to 4.9ghz. It didn’t stabilize even when using 1.40v (I tested from 1.30 up to 1.40).
I kept adjusting the frequency down to 4.8ghz and 4.7ghz, but each time I encountered a BSOD with Critical Process Died every boot.
After resetting the BIOS, I still faced the same issue. A reset of the CMOS didn’t help either.
I’m getting worried because I’m unsure what to do next. I can still access BIOS, but it won’t let me proceed to Windows.
I hope someone here can assist me.

Try using a bootable USB to check if Linux boots from it, indicating a potential Windows issue.

It's not currently an option due to the recent move and lack of USB access. Could you suggest alternatives? Also, is it feasible to use your Android phone as a bootable USB drive with a USB-C port on your desktop? Regarding storage, does 4GB on your phone provide sufficient space for Linux?

4GB would suffice more than enough. I’m facing the same issue you mentioned; I set up this system recently:
Processor: AMD Threadripper 3970X
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha
RAM: 96GB G.Skill 3200Mhz CAS Lat 14 Quad Channel
Display: SAMSUNG 49-inch Odyssey G9 - QHD, 240hz, 1000R Curved Gaming Monitor, 1ms, NVIDIA G-SYNC & FreeSync, QLED
Graphics Card: MSI Gaming X Trio 2080 Ti
Audio: Creative Sound Blaster AE-9 & Sound Blaster X7
Headphones: Sony MDR-Z7
Storage: Sabrent 2TB Rocket NVMe 4.0 Gen4, Samsung 970 EVO 2TB - NVMe PCIe M.2, Sabrent 500GB Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2, Samsung 960 PRO Series - 512GB PCIe NVMe - M.2, SAMSUNG 970 PRO M.2 2280 1TB PCIe Gen3. X4, 2x Western Digital 4TB @ RAID-0
Cooling: Custom loop with 2x PrimoChill 360mm EximoSX Ultra Radiator - Toxic Candy Color, 6x 120mm Corsair QL RGB Fans, EKWB RGB D5 Pump/Res Combo, Waterblock on CPU and GPU
Case: Lian Li O11DXL-X O11 Dynamic XL ROG Certified (Black) ATX Full Tower
Lighting: 6x RGB LED Strips
Keyboard: Whirldwind FX Element
Additional items: 2x WhirldwindFX Vortx, Valve Index, Streamdeck XL
I can’t even open Windows or install it properly; I keep getting BSOD repeatedly. I attempted to boot Ubuntu Studio, but it produced a very fast error and the screen went black instantly.
