I have a Liquid cooler with a 240mm rad, and my temperatures are around 65°C at 4.5, with 70 being the hottest (intel XTU, prime95, cinebench) and 4.4 around 55-60°C (62 is the peak). I believe I need too much Vcore at 4.5, so I'm lowering it to 4.4.

My stock clocks were roughly 45-50c during benchmarks and 30-35c while gaming.
Sorry, but I got a mild turbo boost so it switched to 4GHz instead of 3.9, but I don't think it made a big difference.

I believe I made a mistake and corrected it, now my i5 4690k is running at 4.6 GHz with a 1.23 Vcore around 60°C using Intel XTU for an hour. I plan to test it for 7-8 hours tomorrow.
