Will a case with seven fans be suitable for an i7 overclock? Someone advised it wouldn't, so you're considering adding a 120 mm fan. You're concerned about keeping temperatures below 35 degrees Celsius.

2 exhausts plus 2 intakes handle the task well, but upgrading is advisable. For a superior CPU cooler suited for overclocking, consider your preferred CPU model and budget.

Case fans are less important than the real CPU cooler. Which cooler and i7 models are available?

35c is very low. And agreed about the cpu cooler being far more important. For the most part if you built a pc outside of the case it will basically run as cool as it can get. The case mostly is to keep dust out and noise down. So as long as it has enough air flow that's as good as it will get.
