built a new system with these specifications and I have two questions.
I used an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 M.2 ATX, an Intel i5 3570K (with delayed and CLU paste applied everywhere), a ddr3 1600MHz 16GB RAM Corsair Vengeance, a Gigabyte WindForce GTX 970, a Sony 550W PSU, a Cryo Original R1 Ultimate CPU cooler, a Corsair Spec O3 with two front intakes and one back intake, plus two CPU coolers.
The voltage is set to auto running at 1.267V for the CPU.
I also installed a Mushkin 256GB SSD.
I managed to reach stable speeds of around 4.4GHz with temperatures staying at a maximum of 63°C after running Prime95 for 15 minutes, using auto voltage up to 1.267.
How much more can I push the CPU without risking damage?
Also, are there any bottlenecks I should be aware of?
Thank you for your feedback.

Avoid setting the voltage to automatic. Adjust it manually and raise it only when necessary.

You won't harm the CPU. It includes safeguards like throttling. You can continue using it as long as the system remains stable and core temperatures stay under 85°C, such as on Prime systems.

Don't set your voltage automatically. Adjust it yourself and raise it only when necessary.
Not completely accurate.
I rely on manual settings to discover my overclock limits. Once I finish testing stability, I switch to adaptive mode.

Notice added:
Avoid setting voltage automatically. Manually adjust and raise it only when necessary.
Not completely accurate.
I rely on manual settings to determine my overclock limits. Once testing stability is achieved, I switch to adaptive mode.
Repeat, NEVER use auto under any circumstances. This will always lead to excessive voltages.

I'm just starting out with overclocking and have concerns about damaging the CPU from high voltages. Are there any typical guidelines that explain safe overclock ranges and their matching voltages for this model? Also, does your current setup have any limitations that could affect performance?
