Yuno_Gasai:
It's not even allowing me to boot into my USB. Ugh, I hate gigabyte motherboards so much. What should I do? I don't have any dvds.
You can either enter BIOS and set the USB flash drive as the first boot device or press F8 at startup to access the boot menu and select the flash drive. (F8 is also the safe mode key.) Wait until the POST finishes and before Windows starts, then press F8 again quickly before it begins. If you accidentally get into safe mode, just decide to launch Windows normally and hit F8 once more before it starts.

I have only the Del key for bios enter, F9 for System Information, F12 to access the boot menu, and End key for Q-flash. In bios mode I accessed Advanced Bios features. Then among the three boot device options—LS120, Hard Disk, CDROM—I should choose one since I’m not familiar with them.

Sure, I ran it and everything looks good, so the issue isn't with the RAM.

Let me get this straight. With EVERYTHING in bios set back to optimized default, turning off turbo mode, and simply raising the cpu clock multiplier from 19 to 19.5 causes it to fail IBT at its default settings?
