I recently increased my Ryzen 5 1600's clock speed to 4.0 GHz and adjusted the voltage to 1.375 on my tomahawk b350. Unfortunately, its Cinebench score dropped from 1258 at around 3.8 GHz to 4.0 GHz. What could be causing this issue? How can I resolve it?

Could it be overheating and throttling? Just a guess...

Verify your ASUS B350 settings, as your motherboard shows a minor buzz that allows you to tweak the VDAC. Make sure everything is configured at the highest level, but keep in mind this may shorten the lifespan of both the processor and the motherboard.

Check your settings, my Asus B350 has a slight buzzing that lets me tweak the Vdcr. You should configure everything at the highest level, but keep in mind it may shorten the processor's lifespan and the life of your motherboard. What do you mean by Vdcr?
