the main change is that your cpu speed will be 200 and the pcie clock adjusted to 200 or 400, plus the possibility of a different ram voltage.

My multiplier is set to the maximum value of 11X. A friend's board allows for 16X, so I need to figure out how to unlock my own.

You're not allowed to proceed because your chip isn't unlocked.
You should read more. You don't understand what you're doing, and unless you want serious issues with your computer, you need to learn first.
Begin by searching for an OC guide for Phenom I and start there.
