Overclocking 60hz TV

I purchased a Philips 43"put6002 TV. It supports 4k and 60hz. My issue arises when playing FIFA on my PS4. I notice some minor delays that seem linked to the refresh rate. It's not a response time issue, but there is a kind of stuttering. I attempted to disable filters and staff settings, changed the HDMI cable to HDMI 2.0, but nothing resolved it. I believe overclocking the HZ might fix the problem. How can I do it? Thank you.

I don't intend for a huge overclock.
I require a solution to raise the frame rate from 60hz to around 70hz, but my issue is with hz fluctuations.

I believe the issue isn't the TV itself. A PS4 might struggle to maintain 60fps at 4k, so ensure motion interpolation is disabled on the TV.

I don't believe the TV is the issue. A PS4 shouldn't be able to maintain 60fps at 4k. Make sure the motion interpolation is disabled on the TV. I'm currently using 1080p.
