You might be experiencing issues with RAM. Please bring your CPU back to its original state and retry the test.

Alright so i put everything back to stock and i didnt crash but my CPU temps went up to 89 degrees after 2 minutes of testing so i stopped it just in case. I wouldnt be surprised that its my RAM because its very old and was not even good at the beginning anyway. When i do some PC benchmarks, they say my RAM is what is holding me back the most.

I attempted to adjust the core at 43 instead of 45, but the issue persists with a delay of two seconds. It might help knowing that setting everything to AUTO in the BIOS previously adjusted the cores to 4300mhz.

Sorry for the delay!
The 89C for an i7-4790K on an H100i appears excessive for a non-AVX stress test. Please verify if your pump cable is connected to a fan header operating at a fixed 100% duty cycle.
