Overclocking 3700x yields these results
Overclocking the Ryzen 3700X to 4450 MHz at 1.2875 V successfully.
Cinebench R20 achieved 5275 with a 70 C max.
CPUZ 5988 (multi) and 539 (single) performed well.
Stable performance after several days and bench tests.
Did I miss something? Numbers like this aren't visible yet.
I see you're using a 3700X with stock speeds at 531.6 single and 5583 multi in CPU-Z. Your scores look normal.

I've set all cores to 4100 MHz (4091.71 MHz at 41 * 99.8 MHz) with a voltage of 1.346 V for my AMD 3700x.
Is this acceptable or safe?
1.5v when current is low or idle.
1.325v for average usage.
1.2v for high or extreme loads.
Maintaining a steady 1.34v would not strain heavy use, as it could cause the CPU to overheat quickly.
It's good that AMD supports overclocking on all its CPUs, but at PBO or PBO level 1, letting the CPU manage its own voltage and current is sufficient for most users.
But does it always operate at 1.34v? I thought a peak voltage of 1.34v would occur under high load.

I'm confident the stock 3700x configuration is safe.
Although the argument holds strong, as a response I would mention...FX-9590.
At first, it seems obvious, but with proper cooling, the inventory was sufficient. The problem lay in the fact that a complete custom loop was needed to be deemed adequate, rather than the H80i version originally packaged.
