The performance depends heavily on chance, but you won't reach speeds beyond 4.1GHz on the majority of Ryzen 2 models from the second generation.

What you want to focus on overclocking is your memory. But you'll probably get stuck around 3200mhz. If you want to do an all core CPU overclock here's a basic voltage curve anyways. Probably don't want to go over about 1.4V for daily use. Otherwise it will boost just fine for games on it's own.

Varies by board and silicon grade; 4GHz to 4.35GHz works at 1.4V, but the cooler likely isn't sufficient for even 1.35V
