Overclocking
It seems we're talking about some nice R5 2600 here. Personally, I don't worry about adjusting voltage or boosting clockspeed since I already have a great setup. The voltage is just right, temperatures are good, and I think anything over 4.1 doesn't really help much. Instead, I changed the RAM and adjusted the timings, which turned out to be quite effective. I'd recommend giving that a try too!
A few days back I was planning to work on my RAM-s, but lacked the motivation. It demands a lot of patience. Still, I’ll give it another try later. Ideally something around 3400Mhz CL34... or maybe cl16 works too. I think it’s okay since I won’t exceed the 1.38V DRAM voltage I set CPU LLC to level 6. That helped lower my temps a lot—about 65°C average in 32 minutes with AIDA64, fan speed under 1300, VRM at 69°C.
I'm avoiding sub-timings. I'm testing AIDA for a while to check the results. Recently played GTA V in 4K for around 30 minutes, temperatures stayed below 55°C. Something went wrong with my board and I can't overclock RAM anymore. A replacement is coming soon. Current boot time is about 11 seconds and idle as low as 26°C. I haven't adjusted loadline settings. My V's are at 1.325. Memory clock readings: 15 15 36 15 15 51 53.3 11 1.36 .69 .25 (Ryzen Master Accordingly)
Essentially, the main issue would arise if you pushed V to its limits at 1.55 with a 1.4 boost, while keeping temperatures around 36°C.
