Hey everyone, I’ve been learning how to OC and February was my first post. The high temps were crazy—crash, crash, crash—but now I have a stable setting and a solid CINEBENCH score of 3107. Comments, hate messages, congrats all the same, accepted. Most folks have better rigs than me, but that’s not the goal. The point is we share, we inform, we learn, we teach. Great job! Are you keeping the voltage fixed at 1.4V or adjusting it? What are your highest temperatures during gameplay and when you're not playing? I hit 3117 over three months using a 2600.

Thanks for the update. The suggested dose is around 76c on CINEBENCH, max 66c.

I managed to achieve a 3957 performance on my R7 1700 @ 4.1ghz. What cooling options do you recommend? The R20 would fail under pressure, similar to crashes when the CPU couldn't start at the higher OC, and I only got 4.2ghz with a custom loop—not on a 240mm AIO.

Looks like you're asking about the cooling setup and voltage levels. The voltage is around 1.4V as noted in RyzenMaster.

Uncertain if the numbers can be compared, but I see around 4.1Ghz with about 1.31V. Heat stays high—max 60°C during gaming BFv, usually 50-55°C otherwise. Cinebench shows it's closer to toastbench at 72°C. Running a DarkRock 4 (not pro) in my 8-year-old case.

I have a CoolerMaster ML120 Dual-Chamber With another fan on it. 4 fans total in the case. I had it at 1.55V but that was in the beginning when I left it on AUTO so I could get a baseline and understand it more. No M.2 or SSD. I have a WD BLack 1TB and the OS isn't even installed on it. RAM performance is improved with a 4pts boost and 10% better responsiveness. I’ll likely stay with this setup.

Ryzen 2600 processor running at 4.2GHz with 1.225V power supply from G.Skill. Voltage specs: 1.36V for 3333 MHz turbo, 1.225V base.

Finna slap you with a congrats on that, my 2700X only ever did 4.2 at around 1.38-1.4v . Solid score too, IIRC my 5820K hits around that but it is running at 4.6Ghz, so a whole extra 400Mhz in order to match the R5.
