: Overclocked Ryzen 3 1200 @ 3.8 Ghz
Hi,
I'm using a Ryzen 3 1200 with an Asrock AB350M-HDV. I recently achieved a stable 3.8 Ghz, but the voltage was quite high at 1.350 V (Cinebench score was 584 points). During intense gaming and benchmarking, temperatures stayed around 65°C with Deepcool Gammax 400. Is my voltage setting acceptable? Even when lowering it to 1.330 @ 3.8 Ghz, the system still fails to boot. Performance has improved noticeably in games and daily tasks. However, I've noticed frequent crashes during gameplay (currently only in Division 2), which seems linked to AMD Radeon Wattmann settings that were restored after an unexpected failure. It appears the GPU issue might be related to my overclocked CPU? The GPU temperature is between 70-75°C and my RAM is also boosted to 3200 MHz. Thanks.
Make sure your stress testing is done correctly. Ensure your CPU remains stable before proceeding. If it's stable, proceed to overclock the RAM to 3200mhz and run the necessary tests. If issues arise, consider adjusting vcore, SOC voltage, and DRAM voltage. A 1.35v setting works for first-gen Ryzen processors. Refer to my signature for detailed overclocking instructions.
