I got a Geil Evo Potenza 2666mhz cl19 from Micron B-Die. I went overclock it to 3466mhz 1,4v and set the timings to auto. After running memtest64 for an hour with no errors, I ran the Heaven benchmark and the score went up from 2423 to 2735. Is this safe for my RAM? Will it make the RAM last longer or shorter? Can't check the temperature because hwinfo64 doesn't show anything and I don't have a thermal gun. Here is my full spec: CPU is a Ryzen 3 3200g, Mobo is an Asrock b450m hdv, PSU is a Be quiet! U9 with 500w, Case is cube gaming kaggen with three fans, and the CPU cooler is a deepcool gammax 400s.

Sure, as long as it feels good to turn on at that voltage, one point four volts isn't a problem at all.

DDR4 can handle voltages higher than 1.6 volts, so using 1.4 is safe and won't cause any issues.

Yeah, it won't hurt how long my RAM lasts.

Yeah, no need to worry as long as it stays warm and has 1.4 volts. That works fine for you.
