Hello, please don't delete this post as I really need urgent assistance.
My CPU temperature is 68°C and core temperature is 54°C after overclocking my FX8350 at 4.2MHz. Is this normal? Should I compare the core temperature to the CPU temperature?

When the temperatures occur during heavy CPU usage, it's acceptable. However, if the temps are in idle mode, it raises an issue since the readings appear to be elevated.

It's fine with the current setup, as long as the tested temperatures stayed under load. Ensure your rig has sufficient cooling and airflow to keep things cooler. I suggest using a water cooler during overclocking to prevent damaging your CPU from overheating. Temperatures below thermal throttling are okay in these situations.
