Ignored the previous x8 msaa attempt that was too much.
Performed a fresh test in Heaven.
Quality: High
Tiling: Normal
Msaa disabled
Provided an average boost of 8 FPS, 15 on peak, and 7 on lowest
Adjusted power limit from +45 to 65, hoping it’s sufficient for the card
Currently using 54 out of 56 allocated (mostly 47-49)

A small improvement makes a difference with an RX 550. 8 frames per second is acceptable.

While playing the game I observed unusual power consumption yesterday ranging from 45-50, now it's around 35 with full GPU usage. I returned to the stock unit and won't touch it until a new PSU is installed. While using Stock, I didn't notice any improvement in FPS, unlike the player who consistently gets 10 FPS regardless of game. It seems my Intel i5 2320 might be the issue—CPU never reaches 100% while GPU stays at full capacity during games, so it shouldn't be a bottleneck. The user running an FX 6300 at 4.2GHz might be experiencing a different problem.
