Overclock Ryzen 7 2700X and reduce RAM speed
Hello, I recently got my Ryzen 7 2700X and paired it with a 16 GB G.Skill Trident Z at 3200 MHz and CAS latency of 15. My system runs on an Aorus B450 Elite with the newest BIOS updates. From the start, my CPU has been dynamically boosting to about 4000–4300 MHz while my RAM automatically lowers to 1064 MHz even when idle. I've checked numerous forums and found conflicting advice.
